COVID-19 FAQS

Q: Do I have to wear a mask for my appointment?

A: Yes, we are currently doing everything we can to ensure everyones safety, especially that our of vulnerable customers & our two members of staff whom both have heavily pregnant partners and to that end we require everybody to wear a mask for thier appointment without exception.

Q: My son is young and unable to wear a mask, can he have his haircut?

A: By law everybody over the age of 11(unless exempt) must wear a mask.

Q: I want to book a beard service, is this possible?

A: Yes! :)

Q: Do I need to leave my contact details?

A: Yes, we are working by a strict appointment only schedule and will need a name and contact number. 

Q: Can I bring a friend to my appointment?

A: We request that unless in the instance of a carer or guardian all appointments are attended alone.

Q: I am running late, what should I do?

A: We are currently running a tight schedule to support both demand, and cleaning requirements, and reserve the right to refuse service of any late attendees at the barbers discretion.
